Last updated: June 17, 2026

Our Commitment

Vyntriq is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that all users, regardless of ability, should be able to access our content and benefit from our consumer advice.

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We conduct regular accessibility reviews and use a combination of manual testing and automated tools to identify and address issues.

Technical Specifications

Our website is built using:

  • Semantic HTML5 elements to provide meaningful structure
  • ARIA landmark roles and labels to aid navigation
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
  • Alternative text for all informative images
  • Keyboard navigability throughout the site
  • Responsive design supporting all screen sizes
  • Reduced motion support (respects prefers-reduced-motion)
  • Skip to main content link for keyboard and screen reader users

Known Issues

We are aware of the following areas where we are working to improve accessibility:

  • Some older article content may contain images without adequate alternative text — we are systematically reviewing and updating these
  • Third-party advertising content may not meet our accessibility standards — we continue to work with our advertising partners to improve this
  • Some data tables in comparison guides may not be fully optimised for screen reader navigation — we are addressing this in ongoing content updates

Assistive Technology Support

Our website has been tested with the following assistive technologies:

  • NVDA screen reader with Firefox (Windows)
  • JAWS screen reader with Chrome (Windows)
  • VoiceOver with Safari (macOS and iOS)
  • TalkBack with Chrome (Android)
  • Keyboard-only navigation (no pointing device)
